WATERVILLE — Amy Jose found teammate and former Mt. Ararat High School standout Mariah Cropley for the game-winning goal as the University of Southern Maine women’s soccer team scored a 2-0 win over Thomas College on Friday at the Terrier Soccer Classic.

Cropley scored again, this time in the 35th minute.

USM outshot Thomas College, 22-13, and held a 4-0 edge in corner kicks.
