FALMOUTH (AP) — A homeless man charged in the death of a man discovered bleeding in a Wal-Mart parking lot in Falmouth has been ordered held without bail.
The Portland Press Herald reports that 27-year-old Kenneth Briggs made no comments during his initial court appearance Monday in Portland.
Briggs was arrested Friday and charged with the Aug. 15 stabbing of 67-year-old Roger Nelsen, another homeless man. Briggs was found in a parking lot behind Wal-Mart in Falmouth.
