WINDHAM — Clayton Morrison scored a minute-and-ahalf into the fourth overtime to lift Freeport High School past host Windham 2-1 in boys lacrosse action on Saturday.
The Falcons improved to 2-5 and are scheduled to host Greely on Tuesday.
Isaak Dearden converted an Evan Hench feed in the third quarter to knot the game up at 1-1.
Freeport goaltender Alex Sturtevant turned aside 18 shots and received strong defensive support from Jake Perry, Ryan Camp and Darnel Strother in his first varsity start.
