Douglas E. Abbott, 27, of Wiscasset, a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer was dismissed, for an incident in Bath on Feb. 19.

April M. Austin, 27, of Augusta, guilty of attaching false plates, $150 fine, for an incident in Richmond on Mar. 15.

Shannon Barter, 19, of Boothbay, possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 ounces, adjudicated, $350 fine, for an incident in West Bath on Mar. 11.

Shane Bean, 33, of Freeport, a charge of operating a vehicle after registration suspended was dismissed, for an incident in Topsham on Feb. 23.

Paul Boundonna, 56, of West Bath, guilty of possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 ounces, $350 fine, for an incident in Bath on Apr. 5.

Randy Brown, 54, of Wiscasset, a charge of motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over the speed limit was dismissed, for an incident in Woolwich on July 31, 2013.

Laura Bruggers, 65, of Bath, guilty of operating a vehicle while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine, for an incident in Bath on Mar. 25.

Joseph Burr, 19, of Bowdoin, guilty of operating a vehicle while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine, for an incident in Bowdoin on Mar. 14.

Christopher R. Carrier, 28, of Topsham, the sale or use of drug paraphernalia, adjudicated $300 fine, for an incident in Richmond on Mar. 17.

Bette J. Carson, 56, of Guilford, guilty of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, $750 fine; an additional charge of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug was led to another charge, for an incident in Richmond on Jan. 15.

James W. Chappuis, 43, of Woolwich, guilty of assault, $300 fine; charges of aggravated assault and domestic violence assault were dismissed, for an incident in Woolwich on Apr. 1.

Coastal Glass and Window, of Bath, a charge of failure to register a vehicle was pled to another charge, for an incident in Woolwich on Feb. 25.

Richard W. Cressey, 47, of Bath, guilty of operating a vehicle without a license, $250 fine; guilty of displaying a fictitious vehicle certificate, $250 fine, for an incident in Bath on Feb. 23.

Tyler W. Cyr, 22, of Bowdoin, guilty of operating a vehicle without a licensewith conditions or restrictions, $150 fine, for an incident in Arrowsic on Mar. 14.

Timothy DeJaynes, 52, of Woolwich, guilty of violation of a protective order, sentenced to six months in jail, all suspended, one year probation, for an incident in Bath on Mar. 8; guilty of violating a protective order, sentenced to 45 days in jail; an additional charge of violating condition of release was pled to another charge, for an incident in Bath on Mar. 28.

Thomas DiFilipo, 54, of Alexandria, Va., guilty of operating a vehicle without a license, $150 fine, for an incident in Woolwich on Feb. 9.

David E. DuBois, 42, of Waterville, guilty of operating under the influence, $1000 fine, license suspended for 150 days, for an incident in Topsham on Feb. 14.

Andrew Estrella, 24, of Topsham, a charge of failure to stop, remain or provide information was dismissed, for an incident in Topsham on Sept. 6, 2013.

Ferris F. Evans, 35, of Topsham, guilty of failure to register a vehicle, $100 fine, for an incident in Topsham on Mar. 22.

Kaelin A. Fischer, 18, of Harpswell, guilty of operating a vehicle without a license – with conditions or restrictions, $150 fine, for an incident in Topsham on Feb. 8.

Linzi Fitzgerald, 34, of Woolwich, allowing a dog to be at large, adjudicated, $50 fine, for an incident in Woolwich on Apr. 4.
