FITCHBURG, Mass. — Hailey Colburn continued her torrid scoring streak for the Wheaton College women’s lacrosse team, registering five goals and four assists in an 18-4 win at Fitchburg State Tuesday night in non-conference action.
Charlotte DeSantis potted four goals and Kristen Palmer tallied three goals and an assist as the Lyons not only extended their winning streak to four games, but they also equaled their win total for all of 2011.
Sophomore Leila Mills of Brunswick contributed a goal and two assists and now has 10 goals and seven assists for the Lyons.
Freshman defender Kelsie Jenquine of Brunswick is also a member of the squad.
