Summonses
Allison Rae Hanson, 40, of Brunswick, was summonsed at Pheasant Run Apartments at Baribeau Drive and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, after police responded to a call to assist a citizen April 22 at 6:48 p.m. Police said they were alerted after Hanson was allegedly seen with a stolen bicycle.
Raymond E. Bourgoin, 47, of Brunswick, was summonsed for leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident and failing to make an oral or written accident report at about 9 p.m., on April 22. According to police, Bourgoin was driving a 1997 Chevy Blazer when when he struck a parked 2010 Hyundai Elantra parked outside the El Camino restaurant on Cushing Street. Police said witnesses gave them a description of Bourgoin’s vehicle, which police said they found parked near Tedford Shelter on Cumberland Street.
Arrests
Logan M. Betts, 22, of Brunswick, was arrested April 18 at 6:09 p.m. after a motor vehicle stop at Bath Road on a warrant from the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency for failing to pay fines for drug trafficking charges. Betts was also charged for sale and use of drug paraphernalia.
Joshua J. Howard, 36, of Brunswick, was arrested at his residence April 18 at around 7:15 p.m. after police received a call from Mid Coast Hospital of a patient under the influence of drugs attempting to drive themselves home. Howard was charged with OUI.
Kulmiye Abukar Idris, 24, of Lewiston, was arrested April 20 around 12:13 a.m. on Maine Street after police received a report of two male subjects walking down the middle of the road. After running an identification check, Idris was arrested on a warrant for unpaid fines out of Androscoggin County.
Rachel M. Smith, 38, of Brunswick, was arrested at 7-Eleven on Maine Street and charged with criminal trespass, after police received a trespassing complaint April 23 at 1:39 a.m.
Brittany A. Boshea, 28, of Brunswick, was arrested on Perryman Drive and charged with violating a condition of her release after police received a complaint on April 23 at 11:58 p.m.
Matthew Brian Martin, 25, of Spencer, Mass., was arrested on Pleasant Street on April 24 at around 12:24 p.m. and charged with operating under the influence, after police said Martin was seen driving the wrong way on Pleasant Street.
