DREW WALDEN of Bath recently uses chalk to outline the entrance area to the Bath Customs House as a “clean air zone” to help raise awareness about the Workplace Smoking Act which prohibits smoking within 20 feet of doors, vents, windows and entryways. Coordinated by the Main Street Bath Wellness Committee, ArtVan and Access Health, several area youth took part in the April 22 Earth Day event, which also included local businesses Halcyon Yarn, the Customs House, Wilson’s Drug Store and event sponsor First Federal Savings and Loan Association.
