GORHAM — The University of Southern Maine women’s lacrosse team had a field day on offense, rolling to a 24-5 Little East Conference win over the University of Mass-Dartmouth on Saturday at Hannaford Field.
Jenna Cyr and Sarah Turcotte led the Huskies’ onslaught with five goals each, while Sarah Pelligrinelli picked up three goals.
Former Brunswick standout Jacki Kelly added two goals and dished out five assists for a five-point afternoon. Kelly led the Huskies with five groundballs, and she picked up one caused turnover.
Taylor Corsano led UMass-Dartmouth with three goals.
The Huskies improved to 6-8 overall, 2-3 in LEC action.
