BRIDGTON — Mt. Ararat/Lisbon/Morse boys hockey earned its 10th high school victory of the season, cruising to a 9-1 win over Lake Region/Fryeburg/ Oxford Hills Monday night at Bridgton Academy.
Noah Austin led the Eagles (10-6-1) with three goals and one assist, while Sam Alexander had two goals and an assist.
Also contributing to the win were Mark Abreu (one goal, one assist), Austin Fournier (1-1) and Tyler Lacascio (two assists). Defenseman Noah Buiniskas scored his first career varsity goal, and senior Andrew Gardiner assisted on a Bradley Boulet goal.
Mt. Ararat/Lisbon/ Morse goalie Parker Lacey made 15 saves to get the win.
Jared Chisari scored the lone goal for the Ice Cats (3- 12-2), with Nick Lepage picking up the assist. Goaltenders Trent Spaulding and Taylor Fillebrown combined to make 28 saves.
