Brad Moore, 51, of Georgetown, guilty of operating or permitting the operation of an unregistered motorboat, $200 fine, for an incident in Georgetown on Aug. 13.
Mark A. Norton, 52, of Yarmouth, guilty of operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine, for an incident in Brunswick on May 15.
Lauren S. O’Kelley, 24, of Bath, guilty of operating under the influence, sentenced to 48 hours in jail, stayed until Sept. 18, $600 fine, license suspended 90 days, for an incident in Bath on July 5.
Dennis B. Paine, 28, of Portland, guilty of violating a protective order, $300 fine, for an incident in Harpswell on April 19.
Nicole Pelletier, 23, of Brunswick, charges of violating condition of release, criminal mischief, possession of marijuana up to 1 1/2 ounce, and the sale and use of drug paraphernalia were transferred to Superior Court for incidents in Brunswick on July 27 and 28.
Sarah Perkins, 37, of Pittston, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, adjudicated, $300 fine, for an incident in Brunswick on July 26.
Tony L. Pollard Jr., 25, of Auburn, a charge of theft was transferred to Superior Court for an incident in Brunswick on July 17.
Chelsea Pottle, 24, of Portland, guilty of theft, $300 fine, $63.11 restitution; attaching false plates, $100 fine, for incidents in Topsham May 9 and May 14.
Nicholas Pushard, 22, of Wales, guilty of theft, sentenced to 180 days in jail, all but seven days suspended, one year probation, 50 hours of community service, for an incident in Topsham on March 1, 2012.
Benjamin M. Reed, 26, of Bowdoin, guilty of violating a protective order, sentenced to 48 hours in jail, for an incident in Bowdoinham on Dec. 14, 2012.
Justin D. Reed, 29, of Topsham, two charges of theft were unconditionally discharged, for an incident in Bowdoin on July 11.
Aaron E. Reese, 30, of Bowdoin, guilty of domestic violence assault, sentenced to 10 months in jail, all but seven days suspended, two years probation; guilty of obstructing the reporting of a crime, sentenced to seven days in jail; an additional charge of domestic violence assault was pled to another charge, for an incident in Bowdoin on July 9.
Christopher J. Robinson, 35, of Brunswick, a charge of cultivating marijuana was pled to another charge for an incident in Topsham on Sept. 24, 2012.
Edward M. Roy, 26, of Harpswell, guilty of speeding: 30+ mph over the limit, $1,000 fine, for an incident in Harpswell on April 27.
Robert Sciortino, 62, of Winchester, Mass., guilty of operating without safety equipment, $100 fine, for an incident in Phippsburg on Aug. 31.
Abbey Scully, 24, of Saco, guilty of operating after registration suspended, $50 fine, for an incident in Freeport on July 28.
Kerrie Sims, 40, of Brunswick, guilty of theft, $100 fine, for an incident in Brunswick on July 29.
Korey St. Amand, 17, of Durham, guilty of speeding: 30+ mph over the limit, $500 fine, for an incident in Freeport on July 21.
Robert J. Stark, 22, of Portland, charges of operating under the influence and possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/2 ounce, were transferred to Superior Court, for an incident in Brunswick on July 21.
Ronald E. Stevens, 53, of Bowdoinham, guilty of reckless conduct, sentenced to six months in jail, all suspended, one year probation; two charges of domestic violence criminal threatening were pled to other charges, for an incident in Bowdoinham on Oct. 25, 2012.
Jacob Swain, 28, of Buxton, unlawful drug possession and operating under the influence, one prior; charges of possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/2 ounce and the sale and use of drug paraphernalia were pled to other charges, for an incident in Bath on May 6.
Tod M. Thibeault, 57, of Brunswick, two charges of criminal trespass were transferred to Superior Court, for incidents in Brunswick on July 10 and 21.
Alton R. Thompson Jr., 28, of Brunswick, guilty of operating under the influence, sentenced to 72 hours in jail, stayed until Nov. 22, $500 fine, license suspended 90 days, for an incident in Brunswick on July 17.
Jesse Vickerson, 32, of Bath, guilty of operating while license suspended or revoked, with priors, $500 fine, for an incident in Freeport on July 26.
Randall Vickerson, 36, of Freeport, guilty of operating under the influence, $650 fine, license suspended 90 days; an additional charge of operating under the influence was pled to another charge, for an incident in Freeport on July 20.
Jedediah Clinton Wasilewski, 34, of Richmond, guilty of two charges of assault, sentenced to nine months in jail, $300 fine for each charge, for an incident in Richmond on Jan. 7.
Lawrence Scott Watson, 48, of Old Orchard Beach, guilty of possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/2 ounce, $350 fine, for an incident in West Bath on May 27.
Dana Wentworth, 52, of Brunswick, a charge of domestic violence abuse was transferred to Superior Court for an incident in Brunswick on Aug. 25.
Daniel Wickett, 26, of Brunswick, guilty of violating condition of release, $500 fine, for an incident in Woolwich on Aug. 1.
Samantha Williams, 18, of Bowdoin, a charge of the sale and use of drug paraphernalia was dismissed, for an incident in Brunswick on May 10.
Sawyer A. Williams, 19, of Freeport, minor consuming liquor, adjudicated, $200, for an incident in Freeport on May 17.
David Wilson Jr., 19, of Harpswell, charges of operating under the influence, one prior, failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident and violating condition of release were transferred to Superior Court for an incident in Brunswick on July 17. Charges of operating under the influence, with priors, two charges of violating condition of release and minor transporting liquor were transferred to Superior Court, for an incident in Brunswick on July 22.
Kyle M. Woodard, 27, of Lewiston, guilty of possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/2 ounce, $350 fine, for an incident in Topsham on June 27.
Lawrence M. Worden, 65, of Georgetown, guilty of operating under the influence, sentenced to four years in jail, all but nine months suspended, stayed until Oct. 14, $2,100 fine, $730 restitution, two years probation, license suspended six years, for an incident in West Bath on May 5.
John Andretta, 24, of Wiscasset, parole violation on a May 13, 2010 charge of unlawful drug trafficking, sentenced Oct. 15 to 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued, for an incident in Topsham.
Bradley F. Antenore, 23, of Scituate, Mass., a charge of unlawful drug possession was pled to another charge, for an incident in Richmond on Sept. 26.
Alfred L. Atkins IV, 21, of Topsham, guilty of violating condition of release, sentenced to 48 hours in jail; guilty of refusing to submit to arrest or detention, using physical force, sentenced to 48 hours in jail; a charge of domestic violence assault was pled to another charge; guilty of operating under the influence, $500 fine, license suspended 90 days; a charge of operating without a license was pled to another charge for an incident in Topsham on August 10.
John Ayers, 51, of Phippsburg, charges of operating under the influence and criminal mischief were transferred to Superior Court, for an incident in Brunswick on Aug. 11.
Keith I. Batchelder, 33, of Bath, guilty of operating under the influence, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail, stayed until Oct. 26, license suspended 90 days, for an incident in Bath on Sept. 3.
Stacey M. Bennett, 28, of Brunswick, guilty of driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days; a charge of operating under the influence, one prior, was pled to another charge, for incidents in Bath on June 20 and June 27, 2012.
Michael Biber, 53, of Harpswell, untagged lobster traps, Chapter 25, offense committed, $750 fine, for an incident in Harpswell on Aug. 27.
Chelsey M. Bisson, 20, of Topsham, guilty of operating under the influence, $500 fine, license suspended 90 days; a charge of operating a vehicle without a license was pled to another charge; possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/2 ounce, adjudicated, $350 fine; charges of a minor transporting liquor and the sale and use of drug paraphernalia were pled to other charges, for an incident in Freeport on Aug. 16.
Tara Boore, 29, of Brunswick, guilty of theft, $100 fine; possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/2 ounce, adjudicated, $350 fine; a charge of the sale and use of drug paraphernalia was pled to another charge, for an incident in Brunswick on Aug. 14.
Brittaney Boshea, 27, of Brunswick, guilty of violating condition of release, sentenced to 24 hours in jail, stayed until Oct. 15, for an incident in Topsham on Aug. 17.
