BRUNSWICK — CHANS Home Health Care, a division of Mid Coast Health, recently received renewed accreditation from the Joint Commission, a national oversight body.
The Joint Commission surveys healthcare organizations to assess multiple areas of patient care and safety; CHANS has maintained the accreditation since 2001.
During a recent site visit, CHANS Home Health Care received accreditation for all services offered, including nursing, rehabilitation, palliative, hospice and private duty care.
