LEWISTON
Five players scored one goal each as the Mt. Ararat High School field hockey team rolled to a 5-0 Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference win over Lewiston on Monday.
The Eagles are 9-4 heading into their regular-season finale on Thursday at Messalonskee (3:30 p.m.).
Abby Mallon, Abby Hagen, Fiona Hoang, Kelsea Dwelley and Gracie Morrell picked up a goal each, while Hannah Huston dished out a pair of helpers. Wyley Fitzpatrick, Brea Holley, Madeline Svetin, Hoang, Holly Temple and Dwelley earned an assist each.
Emma Lapreziosa and Lily Schenk combined on three saves for the shutout.
