Of Brunswick’s Teachers and their Schools

I am writing this letter to complain about how the teachers have been insulted when it comes to building a new school. I am not saying that we don’t need a new school but I think that the teachers were insulted when people suggested that the building was more important than the teachers. The teachers work very hard and put in long hours, sometimes as late as 8:00 or 9:00 at night doing their job while other people can go home at 5:00 and have their evening free to do what they want to do. The custodians of each and every building work very hard to clean and do simple maintenance to keep the buildings running. If there was someone who could inspect each building more often and more thoroughly, perhaps the buildings would not deteriorate so quickly. Within a 25-year time span the town of Brunswick is looking at building three new schools. Isn’t it time we had someone inspect these buildings more often?
