CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — Police in Concord, New Hampshire, are asking the public for their help in finding out who spray-painted graffiti on the side of a business on Main Street.
Police believe the graffiti showed up between April 25 and April 26 between 4 p.m. and 8 a.m. The south side of the Phenix Hall building near the fire escape was spray-painted, as were several doors.
The blue, black and white graffiti appears to be signed “RB.”
