Beloved Daughter of Lieselotte and Fritz Kretzschmar
Lived in Bath, ME for many years and worked at Sampson’s Supermarket, and later moved to Westport Island. Helga proudly became a U.S. Citizen in 1988. She and her husband moved to Punta Gorda, FL in 1995, spending many happy summer’s in Boothbay Harbor, ME.. She loved working in ladies apparel, most recently at Anthony’s and enjoyed tole painting, gardening, shopping and traveling.

Her loving husband of 45 years, Robert McEachern; Sister and Brotherin law, Gisela and Rudi Gauger; Sisterin law, Patricia Laycox; Daughters and Sons-in-law, Linda (Pratt) and Daniel Smith of PR; Jamie (McEachern) and Barry Gathwright of MO; Grandchildren, Nick and Shaun Mains; Justin, Westley and Amber Gathwright.
