Paul grew up in the Cumberland area and has lived in various places in the United States. He graduated from the University of Maine with a B. A. in electrical engineering and had worked for various electronics firms. On September 4, 1992 Paul was married to Anne Chen in Fairfax, VA.
He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Anne (Chen) Swett of Brunswick and a son John Swett of Brunswick.
A funeral service will be held at 9:00am Sat. April 22, 2017 at Brackett Funeral Home, 29 Federal St. in Brunswick. Interment will be in the family lot at Woodlawn Cemetery in Westbrook. Those who wish may leave a note of condolence at www.brackettfuneralhome.com.
