After final vote totals were reported Wednesday, Rep. Andrew J. McLean, 29, a Democrat from Gorham won re-election the District 27 seat.

McLean had 60 percent of the vote and challenger Tyler K. Kinney, 22, a Republican from Gorham, had 40 percent.

McLean is a student affairs administrator at the University of Southern Maine.

The district includes parts of Gorham and Scarborough.
