Janice E. Castaline

SACO – Janice E. Castaline, was born in Portland Oct. 6, 1928, the daughter of Joseph Berman of Lewiston and Lilian Potter of Portland.

On Saturday, May 15, 2021 our mom became heavens newest angel. She joined our dad, Russell Castaline, who has been patiently waiting for her for 10 years and finally they are eternally reunited.

You were a great mom, always loving and patient. You loved us all unconditionally and never judged anything we did; you just accepted our choices. We will forever miss your smile and that little giggle you have given us over time as you lost your ability to speak due to the dementia that became your life over the last few years. You lived a long 92 1/2 years. You got to travel to places all over the world with dad and loved every minute of it!

You are survived by your loving children, Lori, Cindy and Jonathan; four grandchildren, Jaime, Joseph, Jennifer and Nicholas; and three great-grandchildren, Erik, Shawn and Karman Olivia, who will always remember the great times spent with you.

God speed Mom…Hug and Kiss Dad for us all.
