PORTLAND – Donna J. Provencher, 85, formerly of Portland, passed away peacefully Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at her home in Hudson Falls, N.Y., surrounded by her loving family.

Born on Dec. 21, 1935 in Portland, she was the daughter of the late James and Mildred (Sweatt) Worthley.

She enjoyed cooking, watching cooking shows, poetry, and her doll and clown collections, but the most important thing to her was always her family.

Donna is survived by her four children, Eugene Dennis, Cynthia, Timothy and Rae-Marie; one brother, James; 11 grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.

A committal service will be held at 10:45 a.m., Saturday, May 22, 2021 at Brooklawn Memorial Park, 2002 Congress St., Portland, with the Rev. Carolyn Lambert, officiating.
