Philip R. Sudano
BRUNSWICK – Philip R. Sudano,74, of River Road in Brunswick, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, Dec. 27, 2025, in Portland.
He was born in Bay Shore, New York, one of eight children to Philip M. and Frances M. (Ermish) Sudano.
Phil was a graduate of Stony Brook University in Stony Brook, New York, with a degree in Arts and Sciences.
He was employed for 23 years as an air traffic controller in New York.
Phil enjoyed playing tennis, woodworking and volunteering at the soup kitchen in Brunswick.
Surviving is his wife Christine H. Cullenberg of Brunswick; a son Jason and wife Laurie and their daughter Maggie of Copenhagen; siblings, Richard, Linda, Kathy, Laurie, David, Timothy and Adam.
A Celebration of Phil’s life will be held from 4-6 p.m., on Friday February 13, at the Brunswick Hotel, 4 Nobel Street in Brunswick.
