Philip R. Moreau
PORTLAND – Philip R. Moreau, 89, of Westbrook, died on Sunday Jan. 4, 2026, at Mercy Northen Light in Portland. He was born in Westbrook on March 20, 1936, the son of Philip and Domitile (Leblanc) Moreau. Philip attend Westbrook Schools and after graduation Served in the United States Navy.
Philip worked for 40 years at SD Warren as a research lab supervisor and after retirement he worked at Target in security. He was an avid outdoorsman and hunter. He enjoyed his trips to the oxford casino and trips out to Los Vegas.
Philip is survived by his sons, Arthur and his wife Jodi, Norman, Robert, and Steven; daughter Theresa, eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, and his sister Anita. He was predeceased by his parents, his wife Constance, a brother Arthur, Sisters Alda, Eva, Ruth, Lorraine and Jeannette.
Visiting Hours will be held on Saturday January 17, 2026, from 1-3 p.m., at Dolby Blais and Segee, 35 Church Street in Westbrook. A graveside service will be held in the spring. To share online memories and condolences with the family please go to http://www.dolbyblaissegee.com.
