A missing Westbrook 11-year-old girl has been found safe, police say.
The girl had last been seen at about 2:15 p.m. Thursday walking away from Westbrook Middle School and not getting on a bus, the Westbrook Police Department said in a news release that evening.
Capt. Steve Goldberg said in an email shortly after 9 p.m. that the girl was found safely.
