I’ve been wondering which candidate for governor earns my No. 1 vote. Policy, character, ability and track record are things I consider.
- On tax policy, who is proposing to raise property tax on wealthy out-of-staters and distribute to communities around the state?
- Who has told the feds to keep their hands off our personal data?
- Who has worked in state government, improved the services of their area and benefited taxpayers?
- Who has a history of working for fairness and justice for everyone and the ability to get things done?
- Who has been supportive and signed the petition for universal health care?
Bellows has successfully battled powerful interests who want to limit our voting rights, she modernized and improved Bureau of Motor Vehicles’ services and safeguarded our voting rights. As a state senator, Bellows found common ground with colleagues on both sides of the aisle.
Bellows has earned my No. 1 vote.
