Romelly Dastinot, also known as Marcus, led a group of at least 15 others who smuggled heroin, cocaine and other drugs from out of state to be sold in Androscoggin County.

Lewiston police accuse Sarah Vye, 21, of misdemeanor cruelty to animals. The dropped-off dog was later struck by a car and killed.
