Man tried to enter Portland courthouse with 2 loaded handguns, officers say

Michael N. Noble, 46, of Gray faces two counts of unauthorized possession of a firearm in a courthouse, News Center Maine reports.

The 78-57 vote falls largely along party lines, with Republicans supporting the measure and Democrats opposing it.
