A second brainstorming session was held to discuss creative ways to keep spirits high among Hallowell residents and keep people coming to the city during next year’s reconstruction project.

The town’s oldest standing residence, built in 1792, will be moved as part of an effort to create more parking.

The City Council will also be updated on a plan to acquire land at the historic Dummer House.

Up to $1 million of donated funds will be used to construct the station at Stevens Commons.

Gov. Paul LePage will pour drinks for about 90 minutes, a Quarry co-owner said, and a portion of the proceeds will go to the Travis Mills Foundation.

The woman, who alleged in 2013 that Police Chief Eric Nason had sexually assaulted her, received $60,000 in late January.
