On Fridays, Sherri Holtan, Senior Coordinator with the Windham Parks and Recreation Department, provides rides to the grocery stores, drug store or doctors offices in the town of Windham.
Give her a call, 892-1905, a few days ahead of time so she can make plans. She has several people she regularly picks up in the town van and she’d be glad to talk with other older Windham residents if they need to do their shopping on Friday.
There is a $2 charge to help defray costs.
