The fourth annual Bonny Eagle 5K Great Scot Trot, a road race benefiting the Faith and Flossie Scholarship Fund, will take place at Bonny Eagle High School on Saturday, May 21, at 8 a.m.
Register either on the morning of the race from 6:30-7:30 a.m. or in advance by contacting Anne Embrey Rand, 306 Beech Plains Rd., Buxton, ME 04093. Her phone number is 929-5676.
A registration form as well as other useful information is available on the race Web site: www.greatscottrot.com. Entry fees are $12 for those who register by May 14, and $15 for those who sign up after that to the day of the race, May 21. Free t-shirts will be given to the first 100 registrants, and first and second place male and female winners will receive $100 and $50 each.
