The 15-year-old Cape Elizabeth high school student who was arrested on a charge of criminal use of explosives, a class C felony, at the end of the previous school year will return to school this year, according to Cape Elizabeth High School Principal Jeffrey Shedd.
Shedd said he was very comfortable with the student’s return and the family had been very cooperative.
“We have done everything people would expect us to do to keep the kids here safe,” he said.
Charges have yet to be filed by the District Attorney’s office and the student is awaiting arraignment.
