As of Wednesday afternoon convicted kidnapper Norman Dickinson was still living in a King Street cottage at Pine Point.

Dickinson has been living there for several weeks now and has caused a concern among residents who feel he is a danger to the community. The landlord has since agreed to have Dickinson move out, but a new residence must first be located.

Dickinson is on probation and is under the supervision of the Department of Corrections, which is trying to find him a new home.
