The Scarborough Republican Town Committee invites all registered Republicans to attend their biannual caucus at 9 a.m. on Saturday March 4 at Scarborough Town Hall.

The doors will be open at 8:30 a.m. to permit unregistered residents and residents not registered in a party to register as Republicans in order for them to participate in the caucus. Refreshments will be available.

At the caucus, Republicans will elect delegates and alternates to the Republican State Convention, to be held May 5 and 6 at the Augusta Civic Center. Those interested in attending the convention must be selected through the caucus. The cost to register for the convention is $25 and can be paid the day of the caucus.

Other business at the caucus will include the nomination of Scarborough Republicans to serve on the Cumberland County Republican Committee.
