The South Portland caucus, like all statewide Maine Democratic Municipal Caucuses held on the same day, allows Democrats the opportunity to come together, talk about issues and chart the future path of the Democratic Party. Registered Democrats in South

Portland will discuss the Party platform, hold city and county committee elections, and choose delegates to the June 2 through June 4 state convention in Augusta.

The program will also include a Women’s Caucus and discussions on national, state and local issues. South Portland residents not previously registered to vote may register on site, enroll in the Democratic Party and participate in the caucus.
