Herbert Alabre, 37, of Saco had charges of violating a protective order and terrorizing in South Portland on June 22, 2005 dismissed.

Jennifer Alexander, 37, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of violating condition of release in Portland on Nov. 27, 2005 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 10 days.

Bridget A. Anderson, 45, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Scarborough on May 24, 2002 and was sentenced to the Department of Corrections for four years, all but six months suspended, given probation of four years, restitution $50,000.

Nicole L. Belling, 34, of South Portland violated probation on a charge of trafficking in prison contraband in Portland on Apr. 13, 2004 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 60 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued. She also violated probation on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 90 days.

Thomas Bowen, 50, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence – no test, one prior in Scarborough on July 9, 2005 and was fined $900, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 364 days, all but 12 days suspended, given probation of one year and had license suspended for 18 months. A charge of operating vehicle without a license cond-restric was dismissed.

Konstantin Chapanoff, 51, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on July 13, 2005 and was fined $1,000.

Ray Conrad, 43, of Saco was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Scarborough on May 13, 2005 and was fined $250. A charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer was dismissed.

Betty J. Corbett, 52, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence-no test in South Portland on July 10, 2005 and was fined $600 and had license suspended for 90 days.

Kenton J. Courtois, 25, of South Portland had charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal trespass in Gorham on July 12, 2005 dismissed.

John F. Coyne, 60, of Scarborough had a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Scarborough on Oct. 9, 2004 dismissed.

Mia Craft, 38, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of driving to endanger in South Portland on July 31, 2005 and was fined $500, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 48 hours and had license suspended for 30 days. A charge of operating under the influence – one prior was dismissed.

David N. Dahlgren, 38, of Limington was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked, prior in Scarborough on June 17, 2005 and was fined $100. He was found guilty on a charge of attaching false plates and was fined $150. He was found guilty on a charge of using counterfeit vehicle inspection sticker and was fined $150.

Scott Dewar, 38, of Jay violated probation on charges of habitual motor vehicle offender and operating under the influence in South Portland on Aug. 2, 2002 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 80 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued on each charge.

McKinley K. Donahue, 21, of Cape Elizabeth was found guilty on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Gorham on July 13, 2005 and was fined $400, restitution $110. He was also found guilty on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Cumberland on July 27, 2005 and was fined $500, restitution $110.

Nicholas C. Dunlap, 19, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Gorham on July 23, 2005 and was fined $250. He was also found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence and was fined $500, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 72 hours and had license suspended for 90 days.

Hannah Edwards, 23, of Windham was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on Aug. 21, 2004 and was fined $150.

Cheryl A. Frost, 30, of Scarborough was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Scarborough on May 27, 2005 and was fined $1,000, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 72 hours and had license suspended for 90 days.

Angela J. Gagnon-Croteau, 23, of Lyman was found guilty on a charge of operating after habitual offender revocation-prior in Scarborough on Feb. 17, 2005 and was fined $1,000 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for seven days. She was also found guilty on a charge of failing to give correct name, address or date of birth and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for seven days.

Scott M. Gelinas, 30, of Auburn was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked, prior in Scarborough on May 31, 2005 and was fined $750. A charge of unlawful use of license was dismissed.

Jeffrey Gielow, 41, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Scarborough on July 17, 2005 and was fined $750, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 10 days and had license suspended for 90 days.

Shannon C. Graham, 28, of Scarborough was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Scarborough on July 17, 2005 and was fined $500 and had license suspended for 90 days.

William Graham, 22, of South Paris violated probation on five charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on July 10, 2002. He was sentenced to the Department of Corrections for 11 months, probation revoked on the first charge. He was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for six months on each of the four other charges. He also violated probation on a charge of violating conditions of release in South Portland on July 6, 2002 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for six months. He violated probation on a charge of burglary of a motor vehicle in Portland on Jan. 8, 2003 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for five months, probation revoked. He violated probation on two charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, and two charges of burglary of a motor vehicle and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for nine months, probation partially revoked, probation continued on each of these charges.

Sheila G. Heskett, 56, of Hollis was found guilty on a charge of driving to endanger in Scarborough on May 25, 2005 and was fined $500, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 72 hours and had license suspended for 30 days.

Wayne E. Hicks, 43, of Saco was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on Mar. 23, 2005 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for seven days.

Christina D. Hill, 25, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Scarborough on Sept. 8, 2004 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for seven days.

William S. Hill, 43, of Waterville was found guilty on a charge of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in South Portland on July 17, 2005 and was sentenced to the Department of Corrections for two years.

Aaron Hitchcock, 25, of Scarborough was found guilty on a charge of theft by receiving stolen property in South Portland on Mar. 11, 2005 and was fined $300.

Lisa Jenkins, 28, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in South Portland on July 7, 2005 and was fined $1,000.

Joel A. Jerome. 26, of Raymond was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence-no test in South Portland on June 18, 2005 and was fined $500 and had license suspended for 90 days.

Mary Lake, 50, of Augusta was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in South Portland on July 12, 2005 and was fined $1,000, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 72 hours and had license suspended for 90 days.

Tova Langley, 20, of Scarborough violated probation on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in South Portland on Aug. 24, 2004 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 90 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Stacy L. Levasseur, 42, of Auburn was found guilty on a charge of operating vehicle without a license-cond/restric in Scarborough on May 28, 2005 and was fined $500 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for five days. Also found guilty on a charge of driving to endanger and was fined $500 and had license suspended for 30 days.

Edward R. Lowe, 40, of Baldwin was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence – 1 prior in Scarborough on July 23, 2005 and was fined $700, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for two days and had license suspended for 90 days.

Dean Alexander Mallis, 52, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Portland on July 28, 2005 and was fined $700, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 10 days and had license suspended for 18 months.

Lonny L. Martin, 36, of Scarborough was found guilty on a charge of driving to endanger in Scarborough on Mar. 25, 2005 and was fined $600 and had license suspended for 30 days. A charge of operating under the influence was dismissed.

Deborah A. McMann, 50, of Scarborough was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in South Portland on July 30, 2005 and was fined $500 and had license suspended for 90 days.

Katie Morin, 20, of Biddeford was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Scarborough on Feb. 12, 2005 and was fined $500, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 48 hours and had license suspended for 90 days.

Andrew Nalbandian, 24, of Scarborough was found guilty on a charge of driving to endanger in South Portland on July 23, 2005 and was fined $350 and had license suspended for 30 days. A charge of operating under the influence was dismissed.

Trevor M. Nugent, 25, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Scarborough on Feb. 26, 2005 and was fined $650, had license suspended for 30 days and given community service for 48 hours within.

Alanna Page, 35, of Saco was found guilty on a charge of unlawful use of license in Scarborough on Jan. 7, 2005 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 10 days. A charge of operating after habitual offender revocation-prior was dismissed.

Daniel J. Pelletier, 20, of South Portland violated probation on a charge of escape in South Portland on Feb.15, 2004 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 30 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Randall R. Raabe, 60, of Scarborough had a charge of protective order from harassment violation in Scarborough on Apr. 20 2005 dismissed. He had a filing with conditions on another protective order from harassment violation and was fined $200.

Casey Richardson, 26, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in South Portland on Dec. 9, 2004 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for seven days, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Glenn R. Robinson, 52, of Cape Elizabeth had a charge of criminal trespass in Portland on Oct. 20, 2004 dismissed. A charge of theft of services in Cape Elizabeth on Dec. 2, 2004 was also dismissed.

Matthew Rousseau, 36, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Portland on June 25, 2005 and was fined $750, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 72 hours and had license suspended for 90 days.

Ian Sawyer, 23, of Scarborough was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Portland on June 3, 2005 and was fined $400. A charge of leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident was dismissed.

Jeffrey D. Scheetz, 29, of South Portland violated probation on a charge of assault in South Portland on Sept. 11, 2003 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 110 days, probation revoked.

John Southard, 29, of Biddeford was found guilty on charges of theft by deception, theft by receiving stolen property, forgery and violating condition of release in South Portland on Aug. 12, 2005 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for six months on each charge.

Daniel M. Stedt, 31, of Scarborough violated probation on a charge of violating protective order in Scarborough on Aug. 8, 2005 and was sentenced to Cumberland county Jail for 30 days, probation partially revoked and probation continued. He also violated probation on a charge of violating condition of release and was fined $1,000. He violated probation on two charges of violating protective order in Scarborough on July 13, 2005 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 30 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued on each charge. He violated probation on a charge of violating protective order in Scarborough on Aug. 26, 2005 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 30 days, probation partially revoked and probation continued.

Richard Thompson, 46, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked-OUI in Scarborough on May 28, 2005 and was fined $250.

Lee Thurlow, 44, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of habitual motor vehicle offender in South Portland on Feb. 10, 2004 and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for two years, all suspended, given probation of two years.

Rocky Tilly, 24, of Corinna was found guilty on a charge of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Scarborough on Feb. 26, 2005 and was sentenced to the Department of Corrections for 18 months. He was also found guilty on operating after habitual offender revocation-prior and was fined $1,000 and sentenced to Department of corrections for one year. A charge of unlawful use of license was dismissed.

Melissa Tucci, 34, of Portland violated probation on a charge of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in South Portland on Jan. 17, 2003 and was sentenced to the Department of Corrections for 18 months, probation partially revoked.

David E. Varney, 43, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked, prior in Scarborough on July 1, 2006 and was fined $500.
