The Westbrook Republican Committee is inviting all registered

Republicans to caucus at 7 p.m. on Sunday, March 5, at the

Wescott Junior High School cafeteria.

The main purpose of this biennial caucus is for registered Westbrook

Republicans to elect delegates and alternates to the Republican State Convention. The convention this year will be held at the Augusta Civic Center on May 5 and 6.

Other business of the caucus will include organization of the local

committee, meeting Republican candidates and nomination of members to the Cumberland County Republican Committee.

All local Republicans are encouraged to attend the caucus and take

part in the political process in this important election year.

Those wishing to register to vote or to join the Republican Party are

invited to the voter registration period starting at 6:30 p.m. on

Sunday, March 5.
