Katherine King has wanted to give blood since her Girl Scout days as a blood drive volunteer for the Red Cross. Last Thursday, she finally did it. Cape Elizabeth High School hosted a Red Cross blood drive at the Cape Elizabeth Fire Station Thursday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. By noon, the Red Cross had nearly met its goal of collecting 50 blood pints.
