Curfew issues
On Feb. 26, police transported a juvenile to Long Creek for violation of curfew after they responded to a call to Scarborough Gardens for a possible overdoes of hallucinogenic mushrooms. The individual who consumed the mushrooms felt ill and his parents were notified.
Driving violations
On Feb. 26, police issued summonses to a passenger and operator of a vehicle that was reported doing donuts in the in the parking lot of the Hannaford Pleasant Hill office at 3:09 a.m.
Broken windows
On Feb. 26, at 6:56 a.m., police responded to a report of a burglary at Piper Shores. Upon arriving, police were told by an employee someone had smashed the rear window of his vehicle. Upon investigation, police found no evidence that the window was deliberately smashed and attributed the break to a stress facture in the glass caused by the cold weather. Police responded to a similar situation the same morning on Windsor Pines Drive.
Sleeping possum
On Feb. 26, police responded to an animal complaint on Maple Avenue and discovered a possum sleeping in the homeowner’s trashcan. Police released the animal in the woods.
Angry woman
On Feb. 26, police transported a 29-year-old female to Maine Medical Center for psychological assistance from Ingraham Transitional Housing after the person threatened employees.
Fistfight
On Feb. 28, police responded to a report of a fight outside of Oak Hill Beverage. Police said those involved reported that one person grabbed a store customer out of his vehicle and started a fight after he was hit first. Neither party wanted to press charges.
Car vandalism
On Feb. 28, A Sterling Rope employee reported that someone had scratched her vehicle while she was at work. The damage is estimated at $1,500.
Marijuana possession
On March 1, police issued a summons to two juveniles who were caught with marijuana in the Cumberland Farms Parking lot at 2:25 p.m.
House vandalism
On March 2, at 7:28 a.m., police received a report about the damage done to two doors at a home construction site at Lancaster Lane. The damage is estimated at $2,000.
Marijuana paraphernalia
On March 3, at 10:27 p.m., police responded to a noise complaint at Scarborough Gardens. While speaking with some residents, officers noticed two marijuana pipes in plain view. The pipes were confiscated.
Arrests
Feb. 27
Chaka M. Coleman, 21, of Old Blue Point Road, Scarborough, was arrested on Old Blue Point Road on a warrant charge of failing to pay fine for theft in South Portland, warrant charge of failing to appear on criminal mischief in Old Orchard Beach, and failing to pay fine for assault.
Jennifer R. Davidson, 21, of King Street, Biddeford, was arrested on Route 1 and charged with operating after suspension.
Feb. 28
Robert A. Storer, 51, of U. S. Route 1, Scarborough, was arrested at It’s a Good Motel on a charge criminal threatening.
March 4
Louis G. Lekousi, 44, of Nelson Road, Scarborough, was arrested on a warrant charge of failing to appear for theft of services.
Stephen A. Zemla, 30, of Portland Avenue, Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on Route 1-Millbrook Road and charged with operating under the influence.
March 5
Kristine L. Shumway, 38, of Shaws Mill Road, Standish, was arrested on a warrant charge of failing to appear for aggravated forgeries and two charges of operating under the influence, and operating after suspension.
Julie A. Knox, 36, of Blaisdell Corner Road, Lebanon, was arrested on a warrant charge of failing to pay fine for operating under the influence and operating after suspension.
Marion D. Osgood, 33, of Church Street, Westbrook, was arrested on Beech Ridge Road and charged with operating after suspension and violation of bail conditions.

John H. Jones, 58, of Curtis Road, West Kennebunk, was summonsed on Route 1 for operating after suspension.
Feb. 28
Joseph V. Gould, 22, of Oak Lane, East Waterboro, was summonsed at Wal-Mart for theft by unauthorized taking.
Edward A. Bonefant, 20, of Colonial Drive, Scarborough, was summonsed at Tall Pines Drive for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
March 1
Richard K. Raubeson, 49, of Running Tide Road, Cape Elizabeth, was summonsed on Pleasant Hill Road for speeding 15 to 19 mph over the limit.
March 4
Evan N. Root, 22, of Mill Street, Raymond, was summonsed on Eastern Road for operating after suspension.
March 5
A juvenile, 16, of North Gorham Road, Gorham, was summonsed on Route 114 for carrying passengers beyond license restrictions.
