On March 2, police met with a resident of the Woodland Road area regarding an assault complaint. The case is under investigation.

Arrests

A 17-year-old female was arrested on Mitchell Road and charged with operating under the influence on March 11.

Jonathan Seth Halfacre, 25, of Southwell Road, was arrested on McAuley Road and charged with obstructing the reporting of crime/injury on March 12.

Summons and citations

On March 7, Dillon Cyr-Hall, 25, of 24 Sanger Ave., Waterville, was issued a summons on Route 77 for operating after suspension.

On March 11, a 17 year-old female, was issued a summons for operating under the influence.

Fire and Rescue

The Cape Elizabeth Fire Department responded to a power line down on Scott Dyer Road at 11:09 a.m. on March 7; a fire alarm on Hunts Point Road at 4:02 p.m. on March 13.

The Cape Elizabeth Rescue responded to nine calls from March 9 to March 13. Three patients were transported to Mercy Hospital, five to Maine Medical Center and one required no transport.
