On March 5, a Kents Road resident reported that someone had slashed the tires on his pick-up truck.
Cash theft
On March 6, two high school students reported the theft of a total of $142 in cash from their wallets from a locker room.
Tool theft
On March 6, police received a report of the theft of $3,171 worth of tools from a cargo trailer located at Estes Express Lines. The tools were packaged for shipping.
Vehicle theft
On March 8, a customer at Big 20 Bowling reported that someone had smashed her vehicle window while she was bowling and stole her tote bag.
Burglary
On March 9. A Dunstan Landing Road resident reported the theft of some coins and savings bonds.
Family argument
On March 11, a Coach Lantern Lane resident reported that her 17-year-old daughter had run away for the second time that week.
Neighbor disagreement
On March 11, a Carriage Way resident reported that his neighbor was swearing and yelling at him. Police said the caller was unwilling to make a formal report, but they did talk with the neighbor and told him not to speak to the caller.
Playing with fire
On March 11, police received a report of two children lighting fires on Gorham Road. When police arrived the children admitted what they were doing. Police notified the children’s parents.

Shawna M. Roaix, 26, of Montgomery Street, Portland, was arrested in Androscoggin County on a Scarborough warrant charge of failing to pay fine for operating while license was suspended.

Lynn Giles, 36, of Downeaster Motel, Scarborough, was arrested at Downeaster Motel and charged with D/V assault.
Alan D. Roberts, 41, of Downeaster Motel, Scarborough, was arrested at the Downeaster Motel on a warrant charge of violating condition of release.

Daniel J. Newell, 31, of Allen Hill Road, Limington, was arrested on a warrant charge of failing to pay fine for operating after suspension.
Jodi Beeler, 29, of Riverside Street, Portland, was arrested at Wal-Mart and charged with violation of bail conditions and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
