Hillary Simoneau of Scarborough has been named the February Student of the Month at Northern Chi Martial Arts Studio in Scarborough.

Collin MacLeod of Scarborough has been named the Lil’ Dragon of the Month for February at Northern Chi Martial Arts Studio in Scarborough.

“The instructor team is always looking for a person with great spirit and commitment to the martial arts. That describes Hillary Simoneau. She is always willing to try something new, test her skills, and push herself,” said Sensei Jim DiVirgilio, studio director.

“From the day he entered the dojo, Collin MacLeod has been the model of respect, discipline, and effort. Collin has tremendous courage, trying new skills without fear of failure. He gives 100 percent in his physical and mental efforts not only in the dojo but at home and at school,” said to Sensei Janice Malay, Lil’ Dragon program director.
