On Good Friday, about 40 people of all ages participated in a Hunger Walk from Casco to Raymond. Beginning at 8 a.m. at the Casco Village Church, the group walked eight miles along Route 121 to the Raymond Village Community Church, where they took part in a soup lunch. Six of the group walked double duty. Starting at 5:30 a.m., they first walked from the Raymond church to the Casco church to pick up the rest of the group. All of the participants gathered pledges either by the mile or a fixed amount. All funds raised go to the Raymond Food Pantry. Staff photo by Peggy Roberts
