John McGovern, 22, of Portland, had charges of assault, terrorizing and violating condition of release in South Portland on Sept. 16, 2004 dismissed.
Nicholas Montecalvo, Jr., 37, of South Portland, was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence – one prior in South Portland on Dec. 21, 2005 and was fined $900, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 12 days and had license suspended for 18 months.
Gary Moody, 41, of South Portland, was found guilty on a charge of criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon in Portland on June 8, 2005 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for nine months.
Mary Jo Moore, 26, of South Portland, violated probation on a charge of terrorizing in Standish on Oct. 25, 1999 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for six months, probation partially revoked, and probation continued.
Glenn A. Morse, 39, of Scarborough, had a charge of violating condition of release in South Portland on Dec. 4, 2005 dismissed.
Adam P. Moses, 20, of Westbrook, had charges of obstructing government administration and refusing to submit to arrest or detention in South Portland on Dec. 9, 2005 dismissed.

Stephen E. Parker, 45, of South Portland, was found guilty on a charge of violating condition of release in South Portland on Feb. 13, 2006 and was fined $400. A charge of assault was dismissed.
Todd Pearson, 41, of Scarborough, was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Westbrook on Sept. 18, 2005 and was fined $600 and had license suspended for 90 days.
Peter Philbrick, 28, of South Portland, had a filing with conditions on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked, prior in Falmouth on June 23, 2005 and was fined $500.
Jamie J. Pope, 30, of South Portland, was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Freeport on Aug. 28, 2005 and was fined $700, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 10 days and had license suspended for 18 months.
Michael Rice, 28, of Scarborough, was found guilty on a charge of aggravated assault in Portland on Feb. 12, 1999 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 21 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Richard A. Savoy, 19, of Cape Elizabeth, was found guilty on a charge of driving to endanger in Cape Elizabeth on Sept. 6, 2005 and was fined $575 and had license suspended for 30 days.
Amanda N. Scala, 22, of Portland, had a filing with conditions on a charge of unlawful possession of schedule drug in South Portland on May 3, 2003 and was fined $500.
Joao Silvestre, 22, of South Portland, violated probation on a charge of criminal mischief in Scarborough on Jan. 27, 2004 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 90 days.
Clarence Stevens, 43, of Biddeford, violated probation on a charge of habitual motor vehicle offender in Scarborough on Nov. 4, 2001 and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 22 months and probation revoked.
Shawn Anthony Tarr, 30, of Portland, was found guilty on a charge of burglary in Scarborough on Dec. 22, 2005 and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 10 years, all but six years suspended, given probation of three years and restitution of $100. He was also found guilty on a charge theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for five years.
Benjamin Tinsman, 28, of Cape Elizabeth, had a charge of operating under the influence in Portland on June 18, 2005 dismissed.
Miguel Torres, 26, of South Portland, was found guilty on a charge of carrying a concealed weapon in South Portland on July 27, 2005 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 72 hours. He was found guilty on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug and was fined $500. He was found guilty on a charge of loaded firearm in motor vehicle and was fined $250. A charge of failing to give correct name, address or date of birth was dismissed. He was found guilty on a charge of violating condition of release in Portland on Oct. 7, 2005 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for five days. A charge of carrying a concealed weapon was dismissed.
Stephen Tracy, 27, of Portland, was found guilty on a charge of motor vehicle speeding: 30 plus mph over speed limit in South Portland on June 24, 2003 and was fined $500. Charges of driving to endanger, operating under the influence and operating after suspension were all dismissed.
Matthew S. Vaillancourt, 30, of Otisfield, had a charge of operating under the influence – one prior in Scarborough on April 22, 2005 dismissed.
Kathryn Vigue, 25, of Cape Elizabeth, was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Portland on Nov. 9, 2005 and was fined $750, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 72 hours and had license suspended for 90 days. She was also found guilty on a charge of failing to stop, provide information and was fined $250.
Kathy Wright, 43, of South Portland, was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Portland on Aug. 13, 2005 and was fined $800 and had license suspended for 90 days.
