The Bonny Eagle High School Mock Trial Team is preparing for the 2006 Mock Trial Competition.

The Mock Trial Competition is part of a comprehensive, law-focused program designed to provide students with an understanding of the law, legal issues, and the judicial process. Part of the appeal of a mock trial is the fun involved in preparing for and participating in a trial.

The participation in and analysis of mock trials provides students with an insider’s perspective from which they learn about courtroom procedures. Mock trials help students gain a basic understanding of the legal mechanism through which society chooses to resolve many of its disputes.

This year’s Bonny Eagle Mock Trial Team includes Patrick Avery, Cecely Burth, Bryce Clark, Alanna Conn, Brittany Cyr, Casey Cyr, Bobby Dedovic, Danielle Dicentes, Timothy Dupre, David Glauzon, Eric Laveault, Jessica Miner-Thompson, Cassandra Pecoraro, Ashley Pettengill, Crystal Stack, James Stimpel, Travis Tapley, Sung Moon Woo, Devan Young, Laura Bell, Breanne Boutilier, Ian Crossman, Curtis Dyer, Bridget Ferry, Madelyn Foster, Brandon Hale, Corianne Harrington, Alyssa Heath, Stephen Hilton, Jessica MacDonald, Joseph Mendes, Jessica Pratt, Amy Richardson, Bethany Simon, Emily Soucy, Emily Sullivan, Nicole Wheeler, Kaitlin Williams, and Maria
