Burgled car

On Nov. 18, at about 11:15 a.m., a resident of the Fowler Road area reported a car burglary. A purse with several bank cards, $25, a digital camera and a pair of sunglasses were taken from the car.

Pumpkin destruction

On Nov. 25, at about 9:45 p.m., a mailbox on Mitchell Road was bashed by a pumpkin, and the pumpkin remains were scattered over the road in front of the house.

Nov. 24

Joseph M. Deiulio, 53, Scott Dyer Road, was arrested on Scott Dyer Road on a charge of failure to appear for execution of sentence.

Nov. 25

Michael S. Alexander, 47, Kelley Street, South Portland, was arrested on Route 77 on a charge of operating under the influence.

Summonses

Nov. 24

Dawn Savage, 34, Hillside Avenue, South Portland, was issued a summons on Shore Road for failure to produce insurance.

William McGrath, 42, Rugosa Way, was issued a summons on Broad Cove Road for speeding 44 mph in a 25 mph.

Nov. 25

Richard Lawrence, 42, Pond View Road, was issued a summons on Bowrey Beach Rod for failure to produce insurance.

Deven Christian, 22, Bennett Road, New Gloucester, was issued a summons on Route 77 for speeding 64 mph in a 45 mph.

Fire and rescue

The Cape Elizabeth Rescue squad responded to seven calls between Nov. 20 and Nov. 27. Seven patients were taken to Maine Medical Center.

On Nov. 21 the Cape Elizabeth Fire Department responded to a fire alarm activation on Cottage Road at 9:58 a.m.; on Nov. 23 a fire alarm activation on Running Tide Road at 12:51 p.m., and on Nov. 25 a fire alarm activation at Crescent View Avenue at 5:22 p.m.
