Graffiti
On Dec. 23, at about 6 p.m., a resident on Sawyer Road reported graffiti painted on the side of his house.
Stolen
On Dec. 26, at about 12:15 p.m., $300 was reported stolen from a home on Scott Dyer Road.
Fraud
On Dec. 28, at about 4:30 p.m., a resident on Two Lights Road reported Internet fraud. The resident purchased a computer on eBay and wired the money to Florida at the request of the seller. Ten days after the purchase, the computer was not mailed and eBay informed the buyer that the seller was a hacker and the company would not stand by the loss. The resident was told that the incident is the purview of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
Arrests
Dec. 30
A 16-year-old male, Mitchell Road, was arrested on charges of arson, criminal mischief and terrorizing.
Summonses
Dec. 29
Wendy Neal, 47, Longfellow Drive, was issued a summons on Sawyer Road for speeding 47 mph in a 30 mph.
Dec. 30
Patrick Morrison, 18, Chase Street, South Portland, was issued a summons on Chase Street for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of alcohol.
Dec. 31
Belinda Parker, 40, Congress Street, Portland, was issued a summons on Fowler Road for speeding 44 mph in a 30 mph zone.
Rescue and fire
On Dec. 28 the Cape Elizabeth Rescue Squad transported one patient to Mercy Hospital.
