Jan. 20

Ronald Kelton, 19, Westfield Road, at Wildwood Condos for operating under the influence and illegal transportation of alcohol by a minor.

Jan. 22

Ronald Peterson, 45, Congress St., Portland, on Shore Road for burglary.

Jonathan Johnson, 44, Old Limington Road, Cornish, on Channel View Road for indecent conduct.

Michael Casey, 31, Dyer Street, South Portland, was issued a summons on Spurwink Avenue for failure to produce insurance.

Jan. 19

Aidan MacDonald, 18, Olde Colony Lane, was issued a summons on Sawyer Road for illegal transportation of liquor and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jan. 20

A 17-year old male was issued a summons on Shore Road for violation of interim license.

Jan. 21

Tyler Mason, 18, Providence Road, Falmouth, was issued a summons on Route 77 for suspended registration.

Laura Parrish, 34, Grover Road, was issued a summons on Shore Road for speeding 52 mph in a 30 mph zone.

Jan. 22

Richard Smith, 54, Beach Bluff Terrace, was issued a summons on Route 77 for speeding 54 mph in a 35 mph zone.

Jonathan Johnson, 44, Old Limington Road, Cornish, was issued a summons on Channel View Road for possession of marijuana.

Fire and Rescue

Between Jan. 16 and Jan. 22, the Cape Elizabeth Rescue Squad transported nine patients to Maine Medical Center and four to Mercy Hospital.

On Jan. 17 at about 6:30 a.m., the fire department responded to a fire alarm set off on Spurwink Avenue.

Jewelry, TV taken

On Jan. 16 at about 4:30 p.m., a resident of the Shore Road area reported a burglary. Jewelry and a television were missing from the home.

Computer copped

On Jan. 18 at about 10:30 a.m., a resident of the Ocean House Road area reported a burglary. The items missing were a computer hard drive and monitor.
