David Eric Packhem, a junior majoring in neuroscience at the University of Rochester, has been named to the dean’s list for academic achievement for the fall 2006 semester.

Packhem, a resident of Scarborough, is the son of David and Karen Packhem, and a graduate of Scarborough High School.
