Senior Series has invited area seniors to a healthy eating program on Wednesday, April 25, at the Hillcrest Recreation Center, located at 108 Hillcrest Ave., Scarborough. This program has been rescheduled from April 4.

A fresh, healthy lunch will be followed by a healthy-eating presentation given by Beth Williams, a Hannaford supermarket nutritionist. Lunch will be served at 11:30 a.m. The cost of lunch is $5 and reservations are required. For reservations, call Nancy at 883-4476 no later than Sunday, April 22 at 7 p.m.

Donations are still being sought for the Garden Silent Auction, which will be held June 6 instead of April 25. Proceeds will benefit programming for Scarborough seniors. Donations of plants, bulbs, and new or used garden supplies and gardening books will be auctioned. Contact Linda at 883-2202 to offer donations.
