The Scarborough Academic Decathlon team, in Oahu, Hawaii, April 25-28 for the Academic Decathalon Nationals, enjoyed this bon-voyage cake courtesy of the Scarborough Hannaford store bakery at a pre-trip team dinner Sunday.

The Scarborough Academic Decathlon team enjoyed a pre-trip team dinner last Sunday and was treated to a bon-voyage cake courtesy of the Scarborough Hannaford store bakery. Other dinner dishes were donated by Chiasen. The team will be in Hawaii this week at the USAD Nationals. Matt Sirocki, Alex Whittemore, and Caterina MacLean have some down time before leaving for Hawaii this week. Before they get to enjoy the beaches and surf, though, they’ll be putting in some serious study time. The Scarborough Academic Decathlon team will represent Maine in the USAD National Competition April 25 – 28 on Oahu.
