Stultz Electric Co. occupied this building at 25 Bridge St., left, since 1956. The building was originally 4 1/2 stories and was part of the Westbrook Manufacturing Co., which dates back to the 1830s. Stultz Electric Co. sold the building to Tim Flannery in 2002. Flannery cleared the site and constructed the Riverfront Plaza Office building.
