Andrew Asali, 22, of Windham was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence – 1 prior in Windham on July 31, 2006 and was fined $800, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 90 days, all but 10 days suspended, given probation of 1 year and had license suspended for 18 months. A charge of failing to make oral or written accident report was dismissed.

Richard N. Berry, 22, of Casco violated probation on a charge of criminal mischief in Raymond on July 6, 2006 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 5 months, probation partially revoked.

Kristi M. Brown, 29, of Windham was found guilty on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Naples on June 8, 2006 and was fined $400, sentenced to Department of Corrections for 18 months, all but 70 days suspended and given probation of 1 year.

Angel Crocker, 30, of Harrison violated probation on a charge of operating under the influence – 1 prior in Windham on Oct. 22, 2005 and was sent to Cumberland County Jail for 14 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Jeffrey S. Dunn, 44, of Raymond was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on March 28,2005 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 7 days, restitution $1,801.47.

Donald Egan, 30, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Windham on May 8, 2006 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 6 months, all suspended, probation 1 year, restitution $3,000.

Kevin Fitzmorris, 50, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of criminal mischief in Raymond on Feb. 20, 2006 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 364 days, all but 10 days suspended and given probation of 2 years.

Mark Glantz, 43, of Windham was found guilty on a charge of forgery in Windham on Oct. 25, 2002 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 6 months, probation partially revoked, probation continued, restitution $7,619.

Robert Gray, 48, of Pittsfield was found guilty on a charge of trafficking in prison contraband in Windham on June 28, 2006 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 6 months.

Melissa Greene, 32, of Windham was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Windham on July 28, 2006 and was fined $800, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 48 hours and had license suspended for 90 days.

Mark D. Holden, 24, of Bridgton was found guilty on a charge of operating vehicle without a license in Bridgton on Aug. 1, 2006 and was fined $400.

Joleen Howe, 38, of Steep Falls had charges of forgery and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Buxton on March 1, 2004 both dismissed.

Eric M. Jordan, 25, of Windham was found guilty on a charge of motor vehicle speeding: 30+ mph over speed limit in Windham on April 9, 2006 and was fined $500 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 48 hours. A charge of driving to endanger was dismissed.

Jason Leblanc, 28, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Naples on June 8, 2006 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 6 months, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Patrick S. Leo, 34, of Windham was found guilty on two charges of burglary of a motor vehicle in Windham on Aug. 17 and Aug. 18, 2006 and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 5 years on each charge.

Charles Leonard, Sr., 52, of Windham was found guilty on a charge of failing to comply sex offender Reg. Act. 2nd offense in Windham on Oct. 30, 2006 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 48 hours.

Nicholas Logan, 29, of Windham was found guilty on two charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drug and one charge of unlawful trafficking in schedule drugs in South Portland on Sept. 8, 2003 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 14 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued. He was found guilty on a charge of operating after suspension and was fined $200 and criminal forfeiture of property.

David Lunt, 39, of Windham had a charge of assault in Windham on June 30, 2006 dismissed.

David Merrill, 44, of Windham was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Windham on Sept. 26, 2006 and was fined $750 and had license suspended 90 days.

Garrett R. Michaud, 36, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs in Windham on Oct. 27, 2006 and was fined $400, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 2 years, all but 6 months suspended and given probation 2 years.

Justin Mills, 21, of Westbrook had a charge of violating condition of release in Windham on July 2, 2006 dismissed.

Mallory Murphy, 19, of Standish had a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on March 12, 2006 dismissed.

Timothy Ochtera, 35, of Windham was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Portland on May 1, 2005 and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 4 years, all suspended and given probation of 2 years.

Thomas P. Sullivan, 54, of Buxton was found guilty on two charges of gross sexual assault and one charge of unlawful sexual contact in Raymond on June 1, 1995 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 6 months, probation partially revoked, probation continued on each charge.

Clinton J. Thompson, 37, of Standish was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence – 1 prior in Scarborough on Oct. 13, 2006 and was fined $700, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 10 days and had license suspended for 18 months. He was also found guilty on a charge of violating condition of release in Scarborough on Oct. 13, 2006 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 10 days. A charge of violating condition of release was dismissed.

Mathew Trudel, 36, of Gray was found guilty on two charges of violating condition of release in Windham on Aug. 31, 2006 and was sentenced to Cumberland County jail for 23 hours.

Anthony Vassallo, 26, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of driving to endanger in Windham on Aug. 27, 2006 and was fined $650 and had license suspended for 30 days. A charge of operating under the influence was dismissed.

Stephen A. Waterman, Jr., 26, of Raymond was found guilty on a charge of operating after habitual offender revocation – prior in Gray on Nov. 26, 2005 and was fined $1,000 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 15 days. He was found guilty on charges of attaching false plates and displaying fictitious vehicle certificate and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 5 days on each charge.

Amber Welch, 23, of Yarmouth was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Windham on July 3, 2006 and was fined $750, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 72 hours and had license suspended for 90 days.

Darrell M. Westberry, 33, of North Windham was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence – no test in Scarborough on July 7, 2006 and was fined $750, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 10 days and had license suspended for 90 days.

James White, 44, of Standish violated probation on a charge of unlawful sexual contact in Standish on Jan. 1, 2000 and had probation partially revoked, no sentence imposed.

Jacob G. Wilson, 19, of Windham had a filing with conditions on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Windham on Aug. 28, 2006 ad was fined $150.
